This Wolf Tooth adapter lets you run flat mount brake calipers on a frame or fork that was originally designed for post mount brakes. It’s most commonly used when pairing road or gravel groupsets with mountain bike frames, where flat mount calipers are required.
The +20mm offset changes rotor sizing, so this adapter isn’t a simple bolt-on swap—it’s a precise solution when you’re intentionally mixing standards and need correct brake alignment.

• Requires minimum 13mm clearance between top of brake boss and frame/fork
• Not compatible with flat mount frames or forks
