Description
The Redshift ShockStop Pro Race is a suspension seatpost built for riders who want vibration reduction without a soft or vague feel. It’s tuned for road and gravel riding where small bumps, chatter, and washboard surfaces add up over long rides.
Unlike basic suspension posts, this uses a combined coil spring and elastomer system that reacts quickly to impacts but stays firm under steady pedaling. The goal is comfort and control without sacrificing efficiency.

Service / Ownership Context
Proper setup matters with this seatpost. Spring and elastomer combinations must be selected based on rider weight to get the intended feel. Initial setup takes a little time, but once dialed in, it’s largely set-and-forget. We recommend checking pivot hardware periodically and keeping the mechanism clean.

• You want comfort without sacrificing pedaling efficiency
• You prefer tunable suspension over passive flex posts
