The bottom band gripper is completely free of silicone, and instead through compression holds tightly with seamless transition to the lower leg (and no lower leg pressure). The DP Italian made DOC 40 Team chamois is a four way stretch seamless anatomical pad constructed from 3 layers of high-density foam. Multi-contoured and pre-curved to fit appropriately to your underside, it has varying densities across all body contact points to provide an optimal comfort level.
