Our ode to the art of trail building. Conceived more than 15 years ago to help trail builders haul essential tools into their build zones, the Builder Pack has been continually refined through feedback from the world’s foremost trail builders. This 40L version was redesigned in 2023 with a rugged 100% recycled polyester ripstop construction and key features that make it easier than ever to carry full-sized tools from vehicle to work site.

A reinforced chassis with anchors carries heavier power tools at a low center of gravity, with a large expandable chainsaw pocket. The chassis converts to flatbed for bulky items like a five-gallon bucket, external straps cinch longer hand tools like rakes, Pulaskis, and McLeods, and daisy chains keep them clear of your head on the move. Front pockets are enlarged for water bottles, spare batteries, and fuel canisters, and a sturdy hip belt and sternum strap with rescue whistle keep heavy loads low and close for maximum freedom of movement.
